Training Courses: Chemical Safety, CLP, Lithium Batteries, DGSA Training
Chemical Safety Training
In their daily work, many people use or handle hazardous goods. Our Chemical Hazard Awareness course will give them an insight on label interpretation, safe handling and incident management. Additional modules, such as practical spill response can be added, if required.
CLP (Classification, Labelling and Packaging) Training
For suppliers of chemicals who need to generate Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels, OHES can train staff to classify products correctly and ensure that they have the necessary information to comply with the latest CLP/GHS regulations.
Lithium Battery Safety and Legislation Training
Recent changes to legislation have placed many new restrictions on the transport and supply of Lithium Metal, Lithium-ion and Lithium Polymer cells and batteries. Our course will not only clarify what the legislation means to those involved with lithium batteries, we will also give delegates an understanding of what the hazards and are why the legislation is necessary.
DGSA Training
For many years our sister company, OHES have been running SQA (Scottish Qualifications Authority) accredited DGSA courses.
